The estate
Founded in 1489, Château d’Estoublon was for many years the property of the Comtes des Baux. Acquired in 1999 by Ernest Schneider, the estate has been since 2019 managed by the Courbit, Prats (former owners of the Château Cos d’Estournel) and Bruni-Sarkozy families.
The vineyard
Château d'Estoublon oversees a terroir of 300 hectares, of which 17 are for vines and 120 are olive trees. Managed in a sustainable way and according to organic agriculture precepts, the vineyard is planted on deep soils made up of clay and limestone.
