Refund policy

All orders are fully refundable 2 clear days before proposed delivery date.

Orders containing food items cannot be returned, however other items can be returned. Please contact us if you wish to return an item.

Afternoon Tea bookings can be cancelled and refunded 48 hours before sitting time. A €10 cancellation fee will apply within this 48 hour window.
